Fresh towels are provided for your session.
Forgot your swimwear? We have bathers available for purchase at reception.
We provide complimentary electrolytes by Humantra to keep you replenished throughout your session. Sip, hydrate, repeat.

Shower before entering the Bathhouse.
Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your session.
